Vasavi is a therapist + Former TV Host turned Visibility and Camera Confidence Coach, Through her Real Rich membership community and 8-week Camera Confident Accelerator program, she helps thought leaders and experts feel more confident on camera and clear in their creative process. She’s been featured in the Wall Street Journal, FOX, VH1, and was a regular on NBC’s Kansas City Live as the “Keepin’ It Real” guru. 

This conversation goes in so many different ways. We talk about some of our deepest darkest secrets, her journey to sobriety, but we laugh our butts off about acting along the way.

The core of this conversation is true confidence. Confidence can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different people. Confidence can be quiet. It can be a deep inner knowing that you are going to be okay and have your own back. Confidence can be willingness and excitement to find the different sides of yourself and invite it into the open.

We all have 3 parts of ourselves: the firefighter, the manager, and the exiled.
